Shipping policy
- Orders submitted on working days will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders generated on weekends and legal holidays will be arranged for delivery on the next working day. Pre-sale products will be shipped according to the time marked on the product detail page.
- Estimated delivery cycle:
- Domestic orders: 3-7 business days after shipment
- International cross-border orders: 15-35 days for standard logistics; 7-15 days for expedited dedicated line. The delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance.
- After the package is shipped, the tracking number will be synchronized to your order page for real-time logistics inquiry. If there is no logistics update for more than 10 days, please contact customer service to assist in tracing the package.
- Once the courier marks the package as signed, it is deemed as successful delivery. For lost packages or damaged outer packages during transportation, please provide the waybill and damage photos for verification, and we will arrange re-delivery or partial refund accordingly. No compensation will be provided for damage after signature confirmation.
- If the package is detained or confiscated by local customs for violating import regulations, the parcel cannot be returned or refunded. Our team can only provide auxiliary materials and will not bear economic compensation for the order.
